I used to have a bit of this and I used Selsun Blue, it works wonders. I don’t use it all the time as I don’t suffer from it everyday, I use it when I need it and it’s the best thing ever. It’s only about $5.00 AUD a bottle as well. Get it when you go to the shops next and I guarantee it will work :)

If the extreme dryness is new or temporary, you may not be getting enough essential oils in your diet.
Salad head will give temporary and non-toxic relief. Your hair will be so groovy you won’t be able to stand it.
Get your hair and head wet, glob a handful of mayonnaise onto your head. Work the mayo through the hair, and massage the scalp. Wrap a thin old towel around your hair, then wrap it with plastic.
Leave on 20 – 40 minutes, wash your hair one time, rinse with white vinegar (it is cold), and only rinse slightly.
"Salad Head", you will crave fish ‘n chips all day, but your hair will get a boost you cannot believe.
In lieu of vinegar, use a can of beer. It is cold too, but rinse thoroughly with cold water. [You don't want to be accused of being soused with extremely shiny hair!].
